Rasoda Dairies was born in 2003 in Beddegama a very remote village in Kurunegala district where the large number of traditional farmers have been engaging in dairy farming industry. At the inception it was operated as a small-scale domestic enterprise using 100 Liters of fresh milk per day with the involvement of 04 employees producing only yoghurt and ice lollies using the traditional systems of milk processing.

Daminda Perera the founder of Rasoda Dairies is very committed and passionate leader started his voyage offer leaving as an officer of Sri Lanka Air Force in 2003.For the period of 05 years Rasoda Dairies was able to move forward successfully by enjoying enormous challengers an expering huge difficulties and hardships through which getting technics, learning and trainings have been to strenghtened to success of the business.

Now Rasoda has reached the process of 10000 Liters out of 40000 Liters of existing capacity per day in well equipped newly built mordern factories sophisticated processing and packging machinaries powered by combination of knowledge of local expertise and Douch processing technology ,what differentiates to the outcomes to competitors with no compromises to ensure the superiority of the products in higienically abide with preserving natural freshness ,value and the unique taste of the consumers prospect. We, Rasoda Dairies have been involved for the last 10 years to upgrading and generating of local dairy farmer network with the objectives of contributing the self sustain of fresh milk in Sri Lanka. Rasoda Dairy Products have been become most appreciated and trusted brand of dairy product with meeting the needs of dairy market in Sri Lanka.We are proud to declave that Rasoda Dairies have been recognised by the GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 which is an international standardization of food safty management. Rasoda is concerned in accomplishing its operation with the guidence of bespoke policies of sustanable consumption and production and protecting the stipulated values and ethics while being social responsible.
